In the only game of the week for the Rutgers University-Camden women’s basketball team, senior captain Gabby Greene led the club with 15 points, including a pair of clutch foul shots with 4.8 seconds remaining, in a 54-51 victory at New Jersey Athletic Conference rival Ramapo College. Greene shot 3-for-4 from three-point range, including a big trey to open the fourth quarter to give the Scarlet Raptors the lead for good, 42-41. She was 5-for-7 overall from the floor and 2-for-2 from the foul line, while adding two assists and one steal. For the season, Greene is averaging 13.8 points, while leading the club with 30 steals and ranking third with 24 assists. She is the Scarlet Raptors’ top three-point shooter at 30-for-76 (.395), raising her all-time program record to 237 treys. She also ranks seventh in program history in both assists (233) and steals (184) and is 12th in scoring (1,089 points). She needs only 28 more points to tie for 10th on the program’s career list and is two steals shy of tying for sixth.
