Men’s soccer junior forward Skyler Diggs earned his second Raptor of the Week honor this season after collecting a hat trick in a 3-2 victory over Penn State-Abington on Oct. 23. His winning goal came in the 80th minute to break a 2-2 tie and give him his second career hat trick at Rutgers-Camden, with the first coming on Oct. 19, 2017 against Lancaster Bible College. Diggs scored his first goal on a header at 30:47, tying the game at 1-1. He gave the Raptors the lead at 53:59 before the Nittany Lions tied the game at 2-2, setting up his game-winning goal. Diggs leads the Scarlet Raptors in scoring with 25 points (12 goals, one assist) and owns 28 career goals, eighth on the program’s all-time list. He also ranks fourth in career game-winning goals (11) and 10th in total points (61). Diggs also was named the Raptor of the Week on Sept. 9.
