Rutgers-Camden center fielder Billy Eisler had a phenomental weekend  in three games, going 9-for-13 (.692) with two doubles, four runs, one RBI, two HBP, a .846 slugging percentage and a .733 on-base percentage. Eisler was particularly dangerous in a doubleheader at Kean University on Saturday, going 8-for-10, including a 5-for-6 game in the opener as the Scarlet Raptors won their first game of the season. His five-hit game was the most at Rutgers-Camden since Brandon Cornelius had six hits against Neumann University on April 18, 2018 to tie the program’s single-game hit record. Eisler’s performance raised his batting average to a team-leading .423 and lifted him to within 10 hits of reaching 100 for his Scarlet Raptor career.
