Freshman guard Rahzirah Blocker earned her third Raptor of the Week honor after scoring a game-high 23 points to lead the Rutgers-Camden women’s basketball team to a win in its only game of the week. With a 67-60 victory at Bryn Athyn College last Tuesday, the Scarlet Raptors won their second straight game. Blocker shot 8-for-18 from the floor, including 1-for-1 from three-point range, and went 6-for-8 from the foul line. She also added five rebounds, three assists and a game-high four steals. Blocker leads the Scarlet Raptors in scoring this season with a 17.8 average, while also compiling a team-high 20 steals. She also earned Raptor of the Week honors on Nov. 8 and Nov. 29.
