Junior outside hitter/right side Erica Nebrich had a big week while helping the Rutgers University-Camden volleyball team post a 3-1 record, including victories in both of their New Jersey Athletic Conference matches. Nebrich collected double-doubles in three of her four matches, combining kills and digs. In a NJAC win at William Paterson University, she notched 13 kills and 18 digs, while adding two assists and one block assist. Two days later, she had 15 kills and 12 digs against Ramapo, adding two aces, one assist and one block assist. During the Raptors’ first match on Saturday, Nebrich produced 13 kills, 11 digs one ace, one assist and one block assist in a loss against host Elizabethtown College. She completed that day in Rutgers-Camden’s three-set sweep over Sarah Lawrence College, collecting five kills, four digs, four service aces, one solo block and one assist. For the week she had 45 digs and a team-high 46 kills, while adding seven aces, five assists and four blocks (one solo). In her third year with the Scarlet Raptors’ volleyball team, Nebrich leads the Scarlet Raptors with 115 kills and 343 attacks, while adding 87 digs, 10 aces, 14 blocks (two solo) and 10 assists.
