In a 2-1 win at Stockton University on Wednesday, McKeever recorded her career high of nine saves as Rutgers-Camden defeated the Ospreys for only the third time in 27 all-time meetings. On Saturday at Montclair State University, she made seven saves and held the 14th-ranked team in the nation scoreless into the 78th minute before the Red Hawks escaped with a 1-0 victory. For the season, McKeever has three shutouts, a 1.00 goals-against average and an .842 save percentage while starting nine of the Scarlet Raptors’ 16 games. McKeever becomes the third women’s soccer player this fall to be honored as the Raptor of the Week, joining teammates Emily Owens (Sept. 11) and Josie Jackson-Conner (Sept. 18).
