Sophomore forward Cameron Downs earns his four Raptor of the Week honor this season after averaging 25.5 points and 5.0 rebounds, while adding two assists, three steals and two blocked shots in a pair of Rutgers-Camden wins last week. In a 77-71 win at Stockton University Wednesday, Downs tied for game-high honors with 22 points to help the Raptors sweep the season series from the Ospreys for the first time since the 1980-81 season and only the third time ever. In a 64-51 win over Rutgers-Newark on Saturday, he tied his career high with 29 points, leading all scorers as the Scarlet Raptors snapped a 10-game losing streak in the series against Rutgers-Newark. For the season, Downs is leading the team in scoring (18.8 ppg), steals (38) and blocks (14), while tying for the team lead in rebounding (5.8 rpg). Downs previously earned Raptor of the Week honors this season on November 20, December 4 and January 1.
