Freshman Dejia Robert has had a stellar start for the Rutgers University-Camden women’s cross country team in her first two collegiate meets, leading the Scarlet Raptors both times. In her season-opening race on Sept. 6, she finished 27th out of 74 runners in the Back to the Bowl Invitational with a 5K time of 23:49.50. On Friday at the 6K United East Preview meet, she posted a time of 27:17.74 and finished eighth in a field of 75 runners.
