Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Junior Dyheim Watson has been the top thrower for the Rutgers-Camden men’s track and field team since his freshman season and he had another strong performance Friday at the Widener Indoor Classic, competing in two throwing events. Watson finished 18th out of 48 athletes with a weight throw of 14.66 meters and was 36th of 45 in the shot put (12.11 meters).  Consistently finishing among the top throwers at every event, Watson had his PR of 12.52 meters in the shot put at back-to-back meets this season on Feb. 6 and Feb. 7. He had his weight throw PR of 15.13 meters at the Widener Schuylkill Showcase on Jan. 31, 2026.
