Pete D’Angelo (Delran, NJ/Delran)

Senior Pete D’Angelo turned in a stellar round in his second invitational of the fall season for the Rutgers-Camden golf team. D’Angelo shot a 2-over par 72 and was the overall medalist in a field of 87 golfers while leading the Scarlet Raptors to the team title of the Muhlenberg Fall Invitational Sept. 30. D’Angelo finished three strokes ahead of the next golfer on the Par 70, 6,415-yard Lehigh Country Club course. His performance helped Rutgers-Camden notch a team score of 310 to finish three strokes ahead of second-place Franklin & Marshall College in the 17-team event. Through two invitationals this fall, D’Angelo owns a team-leading 74.5 average.
