Mike Ryan (Marlton, NJ/Cherokee)

Sophomore Mike Ryan earns his second Raptor of the Week honor this fall after scoring all three goals during the week to lead the nationally-ranked men’s soccer team to a pair of New Jersey Athletic Conference victories. Ryan scored the lone goal in a 1-0 win over Rowan University Sept. 25 and notched both goals in a 2-1 victory at Kean University Sept. 28. With 12 goals already this season, including six game-winning goals, Ryan has helped the Scarlet Raptors to a school-record 11-0 start, which earned them the No. 3 national ranking in both the NSCAA and the D3soccer.com Top 25 polls last week. The next polls are released Oct. 1. In his 33 career games at Rutgers-Camden, Ryan owns 29 goals, including 10 game winners. He also has seven career assists for 65 points, placing him seventh on the program’s all-time scoring list.
