DeMareo leads Raptors over Stockton golfers
WILLINGBORO, N.J. (Oct. 10, 2022) – Rutgers University-Camden senior
Patrick DeMareo shot a 7-over par 78 to lead a field of 12 golfers as the Scarlet Raptors defeated Stockton University in a dual match here Monday.
Rutgers-Camden shot a 329 and Stockton shot a 354 at the Par 71, 6,602-yard Rancocas Golf Club.
Freshman
Pearse Lee finished second on the Raptors and second overall with an 81, followed by Stockton's Alan Crowder, with a round of 83.
Senior
Muhammad Farhan Qureshi finished fourth overall with a round of 84, followed by freshman
Reid Walker with an 86. Senior
David Gibson rounded out the Raptors' team, carding a 93 to tie for 10th.
Senior
Ryan Lewbart and senior
Robert Wolfram were individual players for the Scarlet Raptors, with Lewbart shooting a 91 to place seventh and Wolfram carding a 107.
Rutgers-Camden plays in the Franklin & Marshall Fall Invitational Monday at the Bent Creek Country Club in Lititz, Pennsylvania.
