EWING, N.J. (Oct. 26, 2022) – The Rutgers University-Camden women's soccer team had the misfortune of playing two of the top three teams in the New Jersey Athletic Conference in their final regular-season games of the season, so climbing up the NJAC playoff seedings was a difficult task.
Despite losses to nationally-ranked Montclair State and The College of New Jersey in those games, however, the Scarlet Raptors were able to secure the fifth seed for the six-team NJAC playoffs. They will travel to fourth-seeded Rutgers-Newark for a first-round game Saturday at 4 p.m. The two teams tied 1-1 in Newark on Oct. 15.
