Lee earns medalist honors at RU-Camden Invitational
WILLINGBORO, N.J. (April 1, 2024) – Rutgers University-Camden sophomore
Pearse Lee earned medalist honors in a field of 46 athletes on a cold, wet day here Monday at the RU-Camden Scarlet Raptor Spring Golf Invitational.

Lee carded a 6-over par 77 to edge Lancaster Bible's Jake Rotelle by one stroke.
Penn State-Abington was the team champion, shooting a 331 to defeat Marywood University by two strokes. Rutgers-Camden shot a 345 to finish fifth in a field of nine teams.
The event was held at the Par 71, 6,602-yard Rancocas Golf Club.
Sophomore
Reid Walker finished second on the Scarlet Raptors and tied for 12th overall with an 85, while freshman
Santino Leone shot a round of 91 to tie for 28th place. Freshman
Aidan Riley placed fourth on the team and tied for 32nd overall with a 94, while sophomore
Walter Pierce finished fifth on the Raptors and tied for 37th overall.
Playing as individuals were junior
Gloria Campos, who carded a 102 to finish 45th, and sophomore
Corbett Sarno, who shot a 116 in his Rutgers-Camden debut to place 46th.
The Scarlet Raptors return to action on Sunday, April 14, when they compete in the Dickinson College Invite.
