Raptors send relay teams to Penn Relays
PHILADELPHIA, Penn. (April 25, 2025) – The Rutgers University-Camden outdoor track program saw three relay teams competing at the Penn Relays here Friday, including its first female relay teams since 2006.
The Scarlet Raptor women competed in both the 4x100 and 4x400 races, featuring a team of sophomore
Sydnie Marshall, senior
Evelyn Macias Pilco, sophomore
A'Maya Stanard and junior
Deleon Foster.
The women's 4x100 finished 20th of 22 in its race with a time of 53.28. The women's 4x400 placed 15th of 17 teams in a time of 4:20.44.
The men ran the 4x400 with a team consisting of junior
Jacob Dinerman and freshmen
Kristopher Ewell, Josiah Saint Elien and
David Machado. They finished 14th of 18 teams in a time of 3:26.47.
The full Scarlet Raptors team will compete Saturday at The College of New Jersey's Lions Invitational.
