Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Zavior Masters-Thomas competed in three indoor meets during his first season with the Rutgers-Camden track program. He returns for the outdoor season this spring.
 
Indoor Track 2016-17: Made his collegiate athletic debut at the Wagner Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 9), placing 47th of 64 in the 300-meter dash (39.10)…Competed at the Gotham Cup (Jan. 20), finishing 69th of 74 in the 200-meter dash (25.10) and 101st of 115 at 400 meters (55.23)…Ran the second leg of the 4x200 relay at the St. Joseph’s College Indoor Invitational (Feb. 11), helping the Raptors finish eighth of 18 teams (1:36.27).
 
High School: Captured four varsity letters in outdoor track and field at Maple Shade High School for Coaches Ed Bataglia and Anthony Nicolino…Second Team All-Conference…DECA program, third place overall in event and second in category…School store CEO…2016 Maple Shade High School graduate.
 
Personal: Born October 13, 1997…Hobbies and interests include exercising, running track and practicing hurdle drills, working at Wawa, hanging out with friends and going to South Street…Psychology major at Rutgers-Camden who plans to eventually get his Doctorate degree and open a private practice…Zavior is the son of Keyon Thomas of Maple Shade.
