Natalie Ampole made her Rutgers-Camden softball debut during the 2022 season, finishing second on the team with 43.2 innings pitched. She also has captured academic honors at Rutgers-Camden.

Softball 2022: Appeared in 16 games, including 14 as a pitcher…Made five starts, hurling two complete games…Pitched 43.2 innings, posting one shutout and a 2-3 record…Had a 7.53 ERA…Walked 26, struck out 15 and hit six…Made her Rutgers-Camden debut in the season opener against SUNY-New Paltz (March 4), hurling 3.1 innings and allowing six hits and four runs (three earned), while walking two and striking out one…Suffered the loss in a 5-0 defeat against Carroll (March 13) for her first collegiate decision, working six innings and allowing 12 hits and five earned runs…Earned her first win in an 8-6 victory over St. Norbert (March 14, Game 2), working four innings and allowing four hits and three earned runs…Hurled her first collegiate shutout in a 10-0 win over New Jersey City (April 2, Game 2), allowing four hits and one walk, while striking out five…Offensively, went 2-for-15 (.133) with one run, one double and two RBIs…Had a 1-for-4 game with a double, one run and one RBI to help support her own win against NJCU…Went 1-for-3 in the loss to Carroll…Posted a 1.000 fielding percentage with three putouts and four assists in seven chances.
High School: Earned four varsity softball letters at Buena Regional High School, playing for Coach Pamela Pickett…All-Conference First Team freshman, sophomore and junior year…All-South Jersey as a junior…National Honor Society…Graduated in 2020.
