Roberto Equizabal joined the Rutgers-Camden outdoor track team for the 2022 spring season, competing at five meets. He joined the indoor track program during the 2022-23 winter and returned for another outdoor season during the 2023 spring season. A junior academically, he has sophomore eligibility for indoor track.

Outdoor Track 2023: Competed in the 100-meter dash at two meets…Set a PR of 14.80, finishing 57th of 59, at the Osprey Open (April 8)…Posted a 14.95 clocking (90th of 90) at the Widener Invitational (April 22).

Indoor Track 2022-23: Ran the 60-meter dash in four invitationals, while also running once with the 4x400 relay team…Finished fifth of 19 in the 60-meter dash (7.46) at the Fasttrack Season Opener (Dec. 2)…Placed 37th of 39 at 60 meters (9.35) and 17th of 19 with the 4x400 relay team (4:11.57) at the Bow-Tie Invitational (Dec. 9)…Finished 37th of 37 (9.30) at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 21) and 25th of 26 (9.18) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 20) in the 60-meter dash.

Outdoor Track 2022: Sprinter who ran 100 meters at three meets and 200 meters at two meets…Made his Scarlet Raptor track debut at the second-opening Stockton Invitational (March 26), finishing 50th of 50 in the 200-meter dash (35.27)…Ran his first 100-meter dash (15.28, 53rd of 53) at the Danny Curran Invitational (April 2)…Placed 73rd of 75 at 100 meters (15.13) at the Widener Invitational (April 23)…Finished 76th of 77 in the 100-meter dash with a PR of 14.98 at the Lions Invitational (April 30)…Set a PR of 31.84 in the 200-meter dash (29th of 31) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (May 8).

Indoor Track 2021-22: Did not compete.
