Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Freshman Jojo Nguyen joined the Rutgers-Camden tennis team during his first semester on campus and posted a combined record of 0-7 in singles and 1-5 in doubles over his first two semesters with the team in 2022-23.

Tennis Spring 2023: Posted a 0-4 record in singles (0-2 at second singles and 0-1 at both the fourth and fifth spots) and a 0-3 record playing second doubles with Christopher Abacan…Dropped a tough 4-6, 3-6 decision at fifth singles against New Jersey City University (April 7) in his closest singles match of the spring…In doubles, lost 2-8 against SUNY-Oneonta (March 31), 4-8 against Neumann (April 2) and 5-8 against Arcadia (April 10).
 
Tennis Fall 2022: Posted a 0-3 record in singles and a 1-2 mark in doubles…In his collegiate debut at Cabrini University (Sept. 23), lost at second singles (2-6, 2-6) and teamed with Christopher Abacan to win an 8-3 decision at second doubles…At Moravian University (Oct. 8), lost at third singles (1-6, 0-6) and at second doubles (1-8), teamed with Thanh Ngo…Played fifth singles (losing 1-6, 0-6) and second doubles with Abacan (losing 2-8) in a match at York College of Pennsylvania (Oct. 15).
