Athletic Training Visiting Team Information
The Athletic Training Facility (ATF) is located on the basement floor, near the locker rooms of the Rutgers Camden Athletics and Fitness Center located at 301 Linden Street Camden, NJ 08102.
The Athletics and Fitness Center personnel can direct you to the location of the Athletic Training Facility.
The ATF will be open at least 3 hours prior to the start of competition. ATC will be present at game location one hour prior to start of game.
The following treatments are provided for visiting teams on game day:
- Athletic taping and wrapping (please provide note with descriptions)
- Ice bags
- Hot packs
- Ultrasound*
- E-Stim*
*Ultrasound and E-Stim will only be given if written orders are received from the visiting team Certified Athletic Trainer or physician.
Water, cups, and ice will be available on/near the benches during games. For sanitary reasons, bottles and towels will NOT be provided. There will also be an AED, splints and crutches located with the Certified Athletic Trainer during the game.

fully/properly stocked medical kit and emergency medical information.
The nearest hospital in case of emergency is Cooper University Hospital, a level 1 trauma center located less than 1 mile from campus. It is located at 1 Cooper Plaza, Camden, NJ 08103
Directions: Take Linden St. south toward Cooper St., make a left and head east. Make a right on Haddon Ave. Hospital will be on your right hand side about ¼ mile up the road.
