Osagiaodouwa Ugowe completed her second seasons with both the indoor and outdoor track programs during the 2024-25 scholastic year. She joins the cross country team this fall.

Outdoor Track 2025: Competed in three meets in both the 100-meter dash and the long jump, while also racing with the 4x100 relay team once…Opened her season March 29 at the Danny Curran Invitational, placing 83rd of 92 at 100 meters (16.06) and 64th of 65 in the long jump (3.68 meters)…Set her PR in the 100-meter dash (15.59, 63rd of 68) and the long jump (4.12 meters, 43rd of 45) at the Paul Donahue Invitational (April 19), while also running with the 4x100 relay team (12th of 12, 57.73)…At the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (May 3), tied her 4.12-meter PR in the long jump (19th of 19) and also finished 30th of 32 in the 100-meter dash (15.69).
Indoor Track 2024-25: Competed in three indoor meets…Started the season at the FastTrack Opener (Dec. 6), finishing 63rd of 67 at 60 meters (9.79) and 72nd of 76 at 200 meters (35.10)…Competed at 200 meters (40th of 41, 35.87) and in the long jump (22nd of 23, 3.64 meters) at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 8)…Posted a PR of 3.91 meters to finish 13th of 15 in the long jump at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 22).
Outdoor Track 2024: Competed in five meets, including the season-opening Danny Curran Invitational (March 30), when she ran with the 4x100 relay team, finishing seven of seven with a PR of 56.95…At the Ursinus College Track & Field Festival (April 6), finished eighth of eight at 100 meters (17.09), 43rd of 43 at 200 meters (36.73) and fourth of four with the 4x100 team (1:13.59)…Set a PR of 36.00 to finish 60th of 61 at 200 meters, while also placing 24th of 27 at 100 meters (16.85) at the TCNJ Invitational (April 13)…Ran with the 4x100 team (16th of 16, 58.54) at the Paul Donahue Invitational (April 20)…At the New Jersey Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 4), set a PR in both the 100-meter dash (16.46, finishing 29th of 30) and the long jump (3.61 meters, 15th of 16).
Indoor Track 2023-24: Competed in four different events over six winter meets, beginning with the FastTrack Opener (Dec. 1), when she finished 20th of 22 in the 60-meter dash (10.11) and set her PR of 34.92 in the 200-meter dash, placing 62nd of 64…Finished 25th of 28 in the unseeded 60-meter dash (9.98) and 63rd of 64 at 200 meters (37.37) at the Bow-Tie Invitational (Dec. 8)…Competing in the 55-meter dash for the only time at season, finished 10th of 13 (a PR of 10.10) and also finished 49th of 52 in the 200-meter dash at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 20)…Finished fifth of 13 in the unseeded 60-meter dash (9.92), 57th of 60 in the 200-meter dash (37.42) and 12th of 14 with the 4x200 team (a PR of 2:15.48) at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 3)…At the all-division FastTrack National Invite (Feb. 9), finished 78th of 91 in the 60-meter dash (a PR of 8.96)… At the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 19) finished 23rd of 24 in the 60-meter dash (9.93).
