2025 Cross Country Roster
Biography
Rokhaya Dabo, from the Borough of Manhattan in New York City, joined the Rutgers-Camden indoor track team for the 2024-25 season and added an outdoor track letter in the spring. She competed in a variety of sprint events.
Academics: Dean’s List student and member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2025 Spring semester.
Outdoor Track 2025: Set her outdoor 400-meter PR in her first meet (1:02.82, finishing 18th of 20) at the Stockton Invitational (March 22), while also finishing 30th of 34 at 200 meters (32.55) and eighth of nine with the 4x400 relay team (4:40.12)…Placed 36th of 39 at 400 meters (1:16.98) and ninth of 12 with the 4x400 team (a PR of 4:31.15) at the Ursinus College Track & Field Festival (April 5)…Set a PR of 28.66 and finished 60th of 95 in the 200-meter dash at the Paul Donahue Invitational (April 19)…Placed 29th of 35 in the 400-meter dash (1:12.50) at the Lions Invitational (April 26).
Indoor Track 2024-25: Made her collegiate track debut at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 19), finishing seventh of nine at 300 meters (53.13)…Competed with the 4x400 team that finished seventh of seven in a time of 4:52.69 at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 23).
High School: Served as the First Cheerleading Team captain at Challenge Charter High School…Gold Honor Roll…Class valedictorian…All-Subject awards…Vice President award…Graduated in 2024.

Personal: Born December 8, 2006…First name pronounced “Ro-khi-ya”…Nicknamed “Khaya”…Hobbies and interests include reading, swimming, running, cleaning, volleyball, binge watching, eating, sleeping, helping others, learning and trying new things…Biochemistry major at Rutgers-Camden who plans to take an accelerated program to earn her nursing degree to be a travel nurse, and eventually attend medical school and pursue a career as a cardiologist or some other doctor…Rokhaya is the daughter of Rokhayatou Ndiaya.
