2023 Cross Country Roster
Biography
William Xavier Ramos earned his first collegiate letter with the cross country program in the fall. He joins the indoor track program as a sprinter this winter.
Cross Country 2023: Competed in a pair of 8K meets, beginning with the Cairn Cup (Oct. 11), when he finished third on the team and 24th of 37 overall in a time of 39:06.422…Set a PR of 37:10.0 at the Border Battle (Oct. 14), while finishing third on the Raptors and 132nd of 152 overall.
High School: Track and cross country letterman who earned seven varsity letters for Coach Sean Atkins…Graduated in 2023 from the Perth Amboy Campus of the Middlesex Magnet Schools.
Personal: Born February 10, 2005…Nicknamed “Willy”…Hobbies and interests include physical activities, video games, watching movies, going for a walk outside, parties, festivals, family events, snowboarding, and shopping…Biology major with a Health Sciences minor at Rutgers-Camden…Plans to become a dentist and buy properties…William is the son of Alba Rose Jimenez Fernandez of Perth Amboy.
