Lauren Carter earned her first collegiate letter with the Rutgers-Camden indoor track team during the 2023-24 winter season.

Indoor Track 2023-24: Competed in five meets…Made her collegiate debut at the Bow-Tie Invitational (Dec. 8), finishing 23rd of 64 in the 200-meter dash (28.58), 18th of 32 in the long jump (4.64 meters) and fifth of 13 with the 4x400 relay team (a PR of 4:40.73)…Had a stellar meet at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 20), finishing 13th of 52 in the 200-meter dash (28.70), while setting PR marks in the long jump (4.71 meters, placing 13th of 24) and the 60-meter hurdles (11.67, 13th of 15)…At the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 3), finished 10th of 24 in the long jump (4.40 meters) and seventh of 14 with the 4x200 relay team (a PR of 2:01.56)…Posted a PR of 27.66 to finish 60th of 122 athletes in the 200-meter dash at the all-division FastTrack National Invite (Feb. 9)…Finished 16th of 21 in the 200-meter dash (28.11) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 19).
