Biography
Multi-sport star Talia Thomasson earned her first Rutgers-Camden letter with the women’s soccer program during the 2025 fall season and will continue her collegiate career with the indoor and outdoor track teams during her freshman year.
Soccer 2025: Appeared in all 19 Rutgers-Camden games, starting 13…Named the New Jersey Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week on Oct. 13…Scored one goal, a game winner, for two points…Took 10 shots, five on goal…Made her collegiate debut in the season opener against Stevenson (Aug. 29) and started her first game at McDaniel (Aug. 31)…Took her first shot – on goal – against Muhlenberg (Sept. 13)…Scored her first goal to give the Raptors a 1-0 victory at Stockton (Oct. 11)…Had two shots in games against Rutgers-Newark (Oct. 1), FDU-Florham (Oct. 8) and Stockton (Oct. 11).
High School: Captured four varsity letters apiece in soccer, indoor track and outdoor track at West Deptford High School…Earned All-Conference First Team honors in soccer during her sophomore and junior seasons…Added NJGSCA sectional recognition as a junior and a senior…In track, captured All-Conference Second Team as a junior and All-Conference First Team during her senior season…Top 10 percent of her class…Graduated in 2025.

Personal: Born August 29, 2007…First name pronounced “Tal-YA”…Enjoys hanging out with friends, going to the beach and drinking bubble tea…Health Sciences major at Rutgers-Camden who plans to become a radiologist…Talia is the daughter of Lauren and Tom Thomasson of West Deptford.
