Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Reese Sheppard has earned two letters with the Rutgers-Camden women’s soccer program, while appearing in 23 games over her career. She has added numerous academic honors as well.
 
Academics: New Jersey Athletic Conference Academic Honorable Mention for the 2024-25 scholastic year…Dean’s List student…Member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2023 Fall, 2024 Spring, 2024 Fall and 2025 Spring semesters.
 
Soccer 2024: Appeared in 15 games, starting 11…Played in five of the Scarlet Raptors’ six shutouts, starting four of them…Took one shot, coming in a 2-0 win she started against FDU-Florham (Oct. 9)…Also started consecutive shutouts against Washington College (0-0, Sept. 11), King’s (3-0, Sept. 15) and Bry Athyn (4-0, Sept. 18)…The Washington College game marked her first career start…Played in the Raptors’ 1-0 shutout over Ramapo (Sept. 27).
 
Soccer 2023: Appeared in eight games…Made her collegiate debut during a 3-0 season-opening shutout over Neumann (Sept. 1)…In her first five college games, Rutgers-Camden posted a shutout each time, including against Neumann, King’s (3-0, Sept. 2), Albright (0-0, Sept. 6), Ramapo (1-0, Sept. 27) and Kean (2-0, Oct. 7).
 
High School: Multi-sport athlete who captured seven varsity letters at Millville High School, including three in soccer for Coach Brian Sloan…Also earned three swimming letters and one in lacrosse…Four-year academic varsity member…National Honor Society…Graduated in 2023.
