Joel-Tyler Castro made his Rutgers-Camden golf debut during the fall semester in 2024.
Academics: Dean’s List student and member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2024 Fall semester.
Spring 2025: Did not compete.
Fall 2024: Competed in his lone match at the RU-Camden Scarlet Raptor Fall Golf Invitational (Oct. 21), carding a 104 to finish 25th of 29 athletes…Finished third on the Raptors’ B team.
High School: Four-year lacrosse letterman at Calvert Hall College High School…Also lettered in wrestling for the Cardinals…Earned honors all four years…Graduated in 2024.
Personal: Born September 8, 2006…Nicknamed “JT”…Hobbies include Rubik’s Cube…Computer Science major at Rutgers-Camden…Joel-Tyler is the son of Ryan and Rose Castro of Kingsville, Maryland.
