Rutgers-Camden Athletics

A member of the Rutgers-Camden golf team for three semesters who didn’t play last spring, Matt Maguire returned to the Scarlet Raptors for the 2014 fall semester. He has averaged 98.5 in four career rounds.

Current career averages

Fall 2014: Averaged 90.5 in two fall invitationals…Shot a 101 at the Richard Stockton Invitational (Sept. 24) to finish fourth on the B Team and 18th of 20 overall…Led the B Team at the RU-Camden Scarlet Raptors Fall Invitational (Oct. 17), carding an 80 to tie for 20th of 87 golfers overall.

Fall 2013: A member of the Scarlet Raptors’ program, but did not compete in any invitationals.
 
Spring 2013: Competed in one invitational…Carded a 91 at the RU-Camden Scarlet Raptors Spring Golf Invitational (April 12) to finish third on the Raptors’ C team…Tied for 71st of 87 overall.
       
Fall 2012: Competed in one invitational at Richard Stockton College (Oct. 10)…Shot a 122 to finish fifth on the Raptors’ B team and 20th of 20 overall.
 
High School: Graduated from Haddon Township High School in 2010…Golf letterman.
 
Personal: Born March 5, 1992…Business Management major at Rutgers-Camden…Senior scholastically with junior eligibility…Matt is the son of John Maguire and Diane Roscoe of Haddon Township.
