Santino Leone has improved his scoring average during every semester of his Rutgers-Camden career while establishing himself as one of the Scarlet Raptors’ team leaders. A two-time team Most Dedicated Player and an all-conference performer, Leone owns an 83.0 average through 23 rounds during his four semesters at Rutgers-Camden. An all-conference honoree for his work in the classroom as well, Leone is a Dean’s List student and a four-time member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
Leone will serve as the team captain for the second straight year.

Fall 2024: Averaged 83.3 over six rounds…Tied for third on the Raptors and tied for 52nd of 99 golfers, shooting an 80 at the season-opening Dickson Fall Invitational (Sept. 23)…Finished first on the Raptors in back-to-back events at the United East Preview (Oct. 7) and the Alvernia Invitational (Oct. 8), earning honors as Rutgers-Camden’s Raptor of the Week on Oct. 14…At the United East Preview, shot an 81 to tie for sixth out of 37 golfers…Shot a 78 at the Alvernia Invitational to place sixth out of 40 golfers…Finished fourth on the team and 11th of 29 at the RU-Camden Scarlet Raptor Fall Golf Invitational (Oct. 21), shooting an 87…Closed the fall season at the Lancaster Bible Invitational (Oct. 27-28), carding a two-day 88-86—174 to place fifth on the Raptors and tie for 31st of 50 overall.
Spring 2024: Named the team’s Most Dedicated Player…Averaged 83.9 in seven spring rounds…Opened the season shooting an 86 at the Lebanon Valley Invitational (March 25), placing fourth on the Scarlet Raptors and tying for 51st of 88 overall…Carded an 84 at the Albright Spring Invitational (March 27) to place second on the team and tie for 19th of 45 golfers…Tied for 28th of 46 overall and placed third on the team with a 91 at the RU-Camden Scarlet Raptor Spring Golf Invitational (April 1)…Shot a round of 82 at the Dickinson College Invite (April 14), placing fourth on the team and tying for 45th of 70 overall…Led the Scarlet Raptors with his season-best round of 79 at the F&M Spring Invitational, tying for 25th of 69 golfers…At the United East Conference Championships (April 27-28), carded an 84-81—165 score to finish third on the Scarlet Raptors and tie for 16th of 45 overall.
Fall 2023: Averaged 84.7 in three rounds…Finished fourth on the team and tied for 25th of 43 at the United East Preview (Sept. 26), carding a round of 90…Tied for 46th of 67 overall and placed fourth on the team by shooting an 85 at the F&M Fall Invitational (Oct. 16)…Finished the fall semester with a strong performance at the RU-Camden Scarlet Raptor Fall Invitational (Oct. 23), shooting a 79 to finish second on the team and second overall of 19 golfers.
High School: Varsity golf letterman at Cinnaminson High School for Coach Brett Jenkins…Earned team MVP honors and All-Conference Second Team recognition during his senior year…Also captured two baseball letters for the Pirates…Honor Roll student during his sophomore, junior and senior year…Graduated in 2023.
