Biography

Anna Milillo has been the Scarlet Raptors’ top relief pitcher during her first two years at Rutgers-Camden, making 30 of her 37 career appearances out of the bullpen while posting a 3.05 ERA in 103-1/3 innings. She has a 5-6 record and two saves, while also throwing three complete games in her seven career starts.
 
Milillo will enter her junior season already ranking among the program’s career leaders with two saves (tied for fifth), a 3.05 ERA (12th among all pitchers with a minimum of 100 innings pitched), a .275 opponent batting average (16th), 37 appearances (17th) and 103.1 innings (24th).
 
Academics: New Jersey Athletic Conference Academic Honorable Mention for the 2024-25 scholastic year…Dean’s List student and member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2023 Fall, 2024 Spring, 2024 Fall and 2025 Spring semesters…One of only 30 athletes on the 138-member 2024 Spring AD Honor Roll to produce a perfect 4.0 GPA.
 
Softball 2025: Appeared in 17 games, making three starts and 14 relief appearances…Worked 36 innings, striking out 15 and posting a 0-4 record and a 4.67 ERA…Had six scoreless outings and two others without allowing an earned run…Hurled 4.2 innings against New Jersey City (March 29, Game 2) for her longest relief outing of the season, allowing eight hits and five earned runs while picking up the loss in an 8-4 game…Also worked 4.2 innings in a start against DeSales (April 10, Game 1), taking the loss in a 15-0 game where only two of the 10 runs against her were earned, while striking out her season high of four batters…Had a four-inning start in a 4-2 loss to Alvernia (March 11, Game 1), allowing just three hits and three runs (only two earned)…Her other start came against Kean (April 13, Game 2) in which she took the loss in an 8-0 game, working two innings and allowing five earned runs…That game came after she threw one-third scoreless relief inning in the opener of that doubleheader…She also pitched in both ends of the season-opening doubleheader against Oneonta (Feb. 25), working two innings in both games and allowing only one earned run in the opener…Had three assists during the season, with two coming in the DeSales doubleheader opener, when she also collected one of her two putouts for the season.
 
Softball 2024: Appeared in 20 games, including 16 out of the bullpen as the Scarlet Raptors’ top reliever…Led the team in ERA (2.18) and saves (2)…Posted a 5-2 record in 67-1/3 innings…Allowed 67 hits and 32 runs (21 earned)…Walked 31 and struck out 13…Had three complete games in her four starts…Named New Jersey Athletic Conference Rookie Pitcher of the Week March 25…Held righthanded hitters to a .226 batting average (53-for-234)…Limited opponents to a .213 batting average with runners on base…Earned a win in her first collegiate appearance, working 6-1/3 innings of relief in a 9-7 victory over Carroll (March 9), scattering nine hits and one walk, while allowing only two earned runs…Suffered a 4-3 loss in a complete game eight-hitter against Fredonia (March 14), despite allowing only two earned runs, while walking two and striking out one…Worked 5-2/3 innings of two-hit shutout relief to earn a 7-5 win over Saint Joseph’s (March 15), walking two and striking out one…Raised her record to 3-1 with a 2-1, two-hit win over Alvernia (Game Two, March 19), allowing four walks and only one unearned win, while collecting her season high of four strikeouts…Had three shutout innings of one-hit ball, walking one, to earn her first save in an 8-0 win over Albright (Game One, March 21)…Earned her second save against Gwynedd Mercy (Game One, March 26), working two innings of no-hit shutout ball, while walking one…In the nightcap of that Gwynedd Mercy doubleheader, she started and worked five innings of four-hit shutout ball, walking one, to earn a 1-0 victory…Beat Neumann (Game Two, April 25) with a complete game seven-hitter,  walking five and allowing four earned runs in an 8-4 victory…Defensively, she notched five putouts and five assists during the season..
