A newcomer who joined the team midway through the 2016 spring season, David Celeste gives the Scarlet Raptors’ roster depth and a great sense of humor.

High School: Captured one tennis letter at Phillipsburg High School, graduating in 2012.

Personal: Born March 14, 1994…Nicknamed “Barracuda Dave”…On his bio form, lists hobbies and interests as “drawing, animating, canoeing, insect hunting but not killing them, bonsai growing, rewatching the Amanda Bynes Show and chopping wood”…For his post-graduation plans, he notes “Go to Scotland and herd sheep and ride horses, while saving up for my 401K, of course”…Animation major at Rutgers-Camden…David is the son of Genny Celeste of Phillipsburg.
