Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Jason Lin returns for his third season with the Scarlet Raptors this spring. A two-time all-conference academic honoree, he owns a combined 3-14 overall record (2-8 singles, 1-6 doubles) in his two previous collegiate seasons.

Tennis 2014-15:  Compiled an overall record of 1-12…Went 1-7 at singles (0-2 at second singles, 0-5 at third singles and 1-0 at fourth singles)…Went 0-5 at doubles (0-2 first doubles and 0-3 at second doubles)…Named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Academic All-Conference Team…Posted his win at fourth singles against Penn College (April 20) by a 6-2, 6-2 score…Teamed with four different doubles partners, including Terry Long twice…Lost a close doubles match at Haverford College (April 27) by an 8-6 score, teaming with Onkar Singh.

Tennis 2013-14:  Posted an overall record of 2-2 during his first season with the Scarlet Raptors as a freshman…Went 0-1 at fifth singles and 1-0 at sixth singles…Went 1-1 at third doubles…Notched both of his wins at Bryn Athyn College (April 23), posting a 6-0, 6-0 victory at sixth singles and teaming with Joseph Tyrrell for an 8-2 win at third doubles…Dropped a pair of matches at McDaniel College in his collegiate debut (April 8), losing fifth singles, 6-1 and 6-4 and dropping third doubles with Brian Huan, 8-1…Named as a North Eastern Athletic Conference Scholar Athlete.

High School: Three-year tennis letterwinner at William Floyd High School...Was the class valedictorian.
 
Personal: Born February 2, 1995…Named to the Rutgers-Camden’s inaugural Athletic Director’s Honor Roll (Fall 2015)…Dean's List every semester...Honors College...Biology major at Rutgers-Camden…Is part of a BA/DO program that is a joint/dual degree agreement between Rutgers University and Rowan, where he will obtain his BA and DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) degree in seven years, three at Rutgers and four at RowanSOM...Jason is the son of Feng and Fei Lin of Shirley, New York.
