John Brady made his collegiate tennis debut during the 2023 fall semester and completed his debut season in the spring, playing in all 10 Rutgers-Camden matches during the school year. He competed in nine of the Scarlet Raptors’ 11 matches during his sophomore season in 2024-25.

Tennis Spring 2025: Competed in all four spring matches for the Scarlet Raptors, going 0-4 in singles (0-2 at fourth singles and 0-2 at the sixth flight) and 0-4 in doubles with Christopher Abacan (0-3 at second doubles and 0-1 at third doubles)…In the semester-opening match against Neumann March 28), lost at sixth singles (3-6, 6-7) and at third doubles (5-7)…Lost at Salisbury (March 29) at sixth singles (0-6, 1-6) and at second doubles (0-6)…In a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference East Division match April 19 against both SUNY-Oneonta and The College of New Jersey, lost both matches at fourth singles by 1-6, 0-6 scores and both matches at second doubles by 0-6 scores.

Tennis Fall 2024: Posted a 1-4 singles record (0-3 at fourth singles, 1-0 at fifth singles and 0-1 at sixth singles)…Notched a 0-2 record at second doubles (0-1 with both Julian Pinder and Christopher Abacan)…Won his first match of the season at fifth singles (6-0, 6-0) against Penn State-Brandywine (Sept. 20)…Lost at sixth singles (2-6, 0-6) against Division II Kutztown (Sept. 21)…Played fourth singles the rest of the semester, including a 0-6, 0-6 loss at Scranton (Sept. 29)…Played both fourth singles and second doubles at Wilkes (Oct. 5) and at York (Oct. 12)…Lost singles at Wilkes (4-6 and 3-6) and at York (1-6, 1-6)…Lost doubles at Wilkes (4-6) with Pinder and at York (1-6) with Abacan.

Tennis Spring 2024: Competed in all nine matches during the spring semester, going 1-8 in singles (1-1 at third singles, 0-1 at second singles and 0-6 at fourth singles)…Teamed with Edward McWilliams to post a 2-7 record at first doubles…Won his first singles match, 8-7 (705) against Eastern University (March 22)…Captured two wins in the season finale at Lehman (April 26), winning at third singles (6-1, 6-1) and first doubles by an 8-7 (7-5) score…Lost at second singles against SUNY-Oneonta (April 19, 0-6, 0-6), at third singles against Neumann (April 12, 4-6, 1-6) and at fourth singles against Eastern (March 22 by a 6-7 (5-7), 3-6 score), The College of New Jersey (March 24, 1-6, 0-6), Arcadia (March 30, 5-7, 1-6), Elizabethtown (April 7, 2-6, 2-6), King’s (April 7, 1-6, 1-6) and Ramapo (April 20, 3-6, 2-6)…Lost doubles matches against TCNJ (1-8), Arcadia (3-8), Elizabethtown (2-8), King’s (0-8), Neumann (1-8), Oneonta (1-8) and Ramapo (2-8).

Tennis Fall 2023: Competed against Penn State-Brandywine (Sept. 17) in the only match the Scarlet Raptors played during the fall semester…Lost at third singles (2-6, 6-4, 6-10) and second doubles (3-8), teamed with Matthew Tepfer.
