Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Yianni Paxinos made his Rutgers-Camden soccer debut by appearing in one game during the abbreviated seven-game 2020 season. He also earned Dean’s List status during both of his semesters during the 2020-21 scholastic year.
 
Paxinos joined the men’s tennis program during the 2023 spring semester.
 
Academics: Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and Dean’s List student for the 2020 Fall and 2021 Spring semesters.
 
Tennis Spring 2023: Joined the team in time to play in the last match of the season at Cairn University (April 22)…Lost at sixth singles (3-6, 0-6)…Lost at third doubles (4-8) while teaming with Patrick DeMareo.
 
Soccer 2020: In a shortened season switched to the 2021 spring semester due to the pandemic, played in one game…Appeared in the New Jersey Athletic Conference quarterfinals, playing 14 minutes off the bench in a 2-1 win at Stockton (April 7).
 
High School:  Two-year varsity soccer letterman at Lenape High School…Earned All-Conference First Team honors…Graduated in 2019.
 
Club Team: Mount Laurel United
 
Personal: Born June 12, 2001…Hobbies include traveling and fishing…Business Management major at Rutgers-Camden who plans to work his way into a business and eventually open one of his own…Yianni is the son of Mark and Zafira Paxinos of Mount Laurel.
