Austin Richards joined the Rutgers-Camden track program for the 2023 outdoor season.
                                      
Outdoor Track 2023: Competed in the 4x100 relay in all five of his meets, while also running the 200-meter dash twice and both the 100- and 400-meter dashes once…Made his Raptor debut at the Stockton Invitational (March 25), running at 400 meters (1:05.30, 42nd of 46) and the 4x100 relay (52.00, sixth of eight)…Ran the 200-meter dash (28.67, 103rd of 107) and the 4x100 (51.39, 11th of 11) at the Danny Curran Invitational (April 1)…Notched his PR times at 200 meters (27.26, 75th of 78) and in the 4x100 (47.23, fourth of eight) at the Lions Invitational (April 29)…At the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (May 6-7), ran the 100-meter dash the first day (12.91, 30th of 30) and the 4x100 on the second day (47.26, ninth of 10).
