Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Emmanuel Richardson joined the Rutgers-Camden indoor track program  over the winter and competed in the outdoor track season during the spring.
 
Academics: Dean’s List student and member of the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2025 Spring semester.
 
Outdoor Track 2025: Competed in the shot put and hammer throw at three outdoor meets…At the season-opening Stockton Invitational (March 22), finished 29th of 35 in the shot put (9.14 meters) and 14th of 21 in the hammer (28.05 meters)…At the two-day Ursinus College Track & Field Festival (April 4-5), placed 21st of 27 in the hammer (31.59 meters) and 40th of 47 in the shot put (9.30 meters), with a PR in both events…At the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (May 3-4) finished 14th of 15 in the hammer (23.32 meters) and 21st of 23 in the shot put (9.29 meters).
 
Indoor Track 2024-25: Competed in the shot put at six meets, while also participating in the weight throw three times…Finished 34th of 36 at the FastTrack Opener (Dec. 6) with a shot put of 7.99 meters and improved that distance to 8.31 meters the next day, finishing 23rd of 26 at the Bow-Tie Invitational…Placed 46th of 54 at the St. Thomas Aquinas meet (Jan. 10) with a shot put of 7.98 meters…Placed 13th of 13 in the shot put (7.83 meters) and 12th of 12 in his first weight throw (6.11 meters) at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 19)…Had his top shot put so far in the season (9.22 meters) to finish 42nd of 51, while posting a PR of 8.81 meters and placing 29th of 32 in the weight throw at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 8)…At the two-day New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 22-23), set a shot put PR of 9.24 meters (placing 19th of 21) on the first day and followed with a weight throw of 5.56 meters (17th of 17) on the second day.
