Biography
Erica Gilmore returns for her final year of collegiate eligibility after making her Rutgers-Camden athletic debut during the 2017-18 scholastic year as a member of the indoor and outdoor track programs.

Gilmore was a NJCAA All-American in the 400-meter hurdles during her one year with the track program at Rowan College at Gloucester County.

Cross Country 2018: Ran in one meet, competing in the NJAIAW Championships (Sept. 22) and placing eighth on the Raptors and 97th of 117 overall…Posted a 6K time of 33:45.61.

Outdoor Track 2018: Competed in the 400-meter hurdles at all nine of her events, earning an ECAC qualifier and ending her season finishing 14th of 16 in the 400 hurdles (1:12.05) at the ECAC Div. III Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 17)…Also competed on the Scarlet Raptors’ 4x100 team (four times) and 4x200 (once)…Finished 10th of 14 in the 400 hurdles (1:18.44) at the Delaware Classic (March 24), while also running on the 4x100 team that placed fifth of five in a time of 54.89…Placed 15th of 19 in the 400 hurdles (1:16.43) at the Stockton Invitational (March 31)…Ran her only 4x200 relay (1:57.48, third of three) and finished sixth of 12 in the 400 hurdles (1:13.03) at the Oscar Moore Open (April 6)…Ran the 400 hurdles at both the Mid-Week Twilight Invitational (April 11) and the Osprey Open (April 14), placing eighth of 12 (1:16.67) and 11th of 18 (1:16.16), respectively…At the Widener Invitational (April 21), was 28th of 39 in the 400 hurdles (1:12.91) and 15th of 17 with the 4x100 team (53.72)…Notched a PR and ECAC qualifier in the 400 hurdles (1:11.74), while finishing 18th of 28 at the Lions Invitational (April 28)…At that same meet, set a short-lived PR of 52.60, finishing 10th of 14, with the 4x100 relay team...Finished 14th of 21 in the 400 hurdles (1:12.76) and fourth of eight in the 4x100 (a new PR of 51.72) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 5-6).

Indoor Track 2017-18:  Competed in three meets during her first season with the Scarlet Raptors…Made her Rutgers-Camden debut placing 61st of 73 athletes in the 200-meter dash (31.57) at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 20)…At the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 3), finished 43rd of 56 in the 60-meter dash (9.27), 37th of 50 in the 200-meter dash (31.42) and 41st of 48 in the 400-meter dash (1:12.76)…Also ran three events at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 19), setting her Rutgers-Camden PR in each one: finished 24th of 25 at 200 meters (31.12), 20th of 21 at 400 meters (1:10.00) and eighth of eight with the 4x400 team (4:50.49).

Pre-Rutgers: Member of the Rowan College at Gloucester County (RCGC) track team in 2016…NJCAA All-American in the 400 hurdles.

High School: Multi-sport athlete at Audubon High School, graduating in 2014…Earned four letters in outdoor track and field and three with the indoor track and field program…Also had three letters in field hockey and one in swimming…Ran for Coach Adam Cramer…Earned All-Conference First Team in the pole vault…Was the South Jersey Group 1 Sectional Champion in the pole vault in 2014 for both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

Personal: Born July 7, 1996…Hobbies include working out and reading books…Health Sciences major at Rutgers-Camden…Psychology minor…Plans to attend graduate school for Occupational Therapy…Erica is the daughter of Brian and Leslie Gilmore of Mount Ephraim.
