Rutgers-Camden Athletics

Francis Hill was a fixture on the Rutgers-Camden track programs since joining the indoor team during the 2021-22 season. She also served as a cross country team manager for the 2023 and 2024 seasons and added academic honors on campus.
 
Hill capped her collegiate career as Rutgers-Camden’s female winner of the Jeffrey L. Dean Scarlet Raptor of the Year Award for the 2024-25 scholastic year.

Outdoor Track 2025: Competed in the javelin and shot put over five meets…At the season-opening Stockton Invitational (March 22), placed 14th of 27 in the javelin (25.37 meters) and 11th of 28 in the shot put (9.47 meters)…At the Danny Curran Invitational (March 28-29), placed 48th of 61 in the shot put (9.01 meters) on the first day and 20th of 31 in the javelin (27.12 meters) the next day…Placed 15th of 35 in the javelin (26.85 meters) and 23rd of 46 in the shot put (9.21 meters) at the Ursinus College Track & Field Festival (April 5)…Finished 22nd of 41 in the shot put (10.09 meters) on the first day of the Paul Donahue Invitational (April 18) and was 10th of 26 in the javelin (28.00 meters) the next day…Set a PR in both events at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (May 3-4), placing 10th of 17 in the javelin (30.77 meters) on the opening day and 12th of 25 in the shot put (10.19 meters) on the second day.
 
Outdoor Track 2025: Named Rutgers-Camden’s Raptor of the Week on April 7 and April 21…Competed in four different events over the course of six meets…Made her Raptor debut at the season-opening Stockton Invitational (March 22), where she finished sixth of 27 in the javelin (31.49 meters) and seventh of 34 in the discus (31.48 meters)…Placed 21st of 61 in the shot put (10.43 meters) on the first day of the Danny Curran Invitational (March 28) and finished 13th of 31 in the javelin (30.06 meters) the next day…Competed in all four throwing events at the Ursinus College Track & Field Festival (April 4-5), including the hammer throw (19th of 25, a PR of 23.65 meters) on the first day and three events on the second day: the javelin (sixth of 35, 32.28 meters), discus (12th of 44, 32.87 meters) and the shot put (ninth of 46, 10.67 meters)…At the Paul Donahue Invitational (April 18-19), set a pair of PRs on the opening day, finishing 19th of 32 in the discus (32.94 meters) and fifth of 41 in the shot put (11.82 meters) before placing third of 26 in the javelin (33.01 meters)…Placed ninth of 16 in the javelin (32.25 meters) and 12th of 28 in the shot put (11.69 meters) on back-to-back days at the Lions Invitational (April 25-26)…On the opening day of the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (May 3), set a PR in both the javelin (33.80 meters, seventh of 17) and the hammer throw (26.98 meters, 19th of 22), while competing on the second day in the discus (30.20 meters, 11th of 24) and shot put (10.89 meters, ninth of 25).
 
 
Indoor Track 2024-25: Competed in the shot put during seven indoor meets, capping her season at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 22) by finishing 16th of 20 with a PR of 9.70 meters…Opened the indoor season at the FastTrack Opener, finishing 17th of 30 in the shot put (9.68 meters)…Had a shot put of 8.46 meters to place 370th of 60 at the St. Thomas Aquinas meet (Jan. 10)…Placed 33rd of 36 with a shot put of 8.68 meters at the Gotham Cup (Jan. 17)…Finished fifth of 10 in the shot put (8.55 meters) at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 19)…At the Winter Evening Invitational (Jan. 25), finished 32nd of 50 in the shot put (9.03 meters)…Placed 39th of 45 in the shot put (8.74 meters) at the FastTrack Invitational.
 
 
Outdoor Track 2024: Competed in four meets, throwing both the javelin and the shot put…At the Danny Curran Invitational (March 29-30), finished 21st of 37 in the shot put (8.77 meters) and 17th 0f 24 in the javelin (24.91 meters)…Placed 13th of 25 in the shot put (8.48 meters) and eighth of 17 in the javelin (24.08 meters) at the Ursinus College Track & Field Festival (April 5-6)…Threw the javelin at the Paul Donahue Invitational (April 20), finishing 25th of 25 (20.79 meters)…At the New Jersey Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 4-5), finished 12th of 15 in the javelin (22.86 meters) and 17th of 20 in the shot put (setting a PR of 8.80 meters).
 
Indoor Track 2023-24: Competed in the shot put at seven meets…Finished 21st of 28 in the shot at the FastTrack Opener (Dec. 1) with a distance of 8.59 meters…Placed 20th of 33 (8.41 meters) at the Bow-Tie Invitational (Dec. 8)…At the St. Thomas Invitational (Jan. 12), placed 37th of 48 (8.01 meters) and finished 19th of 35 (8.85 meters) at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 20)…Set her shot put PR of 8.90 meters at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 3)…Finished 42nd of 54 in the shot (8.68 meters) at the all-division FastTrack National Invite (Feb. 9)…Placed 16th of 19 in the shot put (8.20 meters) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 19).
 
Outdoor Track 2023: Competed in five meets, throwing the javelin in four of them and participating in the shot put three times…Opened the season placing 10th of 19 in the javelin (21.41 meters) at the Stockton Invitational (March 25)…At the two-day Danny Curran Invitational (March 31-April 1), finished 40th of 52 in the shot put (7.95 meters) on the opening day and 25th of 32 in the javelin (24.53 meters) the second day…Also competed both days at the Osprey Open (April 7-8), first in the javelin (23.80 meters, placing 13th of 28) and the next day in the shot (8.33 meters, 20th of 40)…Placed 36th of 50 with a PR of 8.76 meters in the shot put at the Widener Invitational (April 21)…Set a PR of 25.25 meters in the javelin at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (May 6), while finishing 15th of 20.
 
Indoor Track 2022-23: Competed in four meets, running the 60-meter dash twice and throwing the shot put three times…Opened the year at the Fasttrack Season Opener (Dec. 2), finishing sixth of 21 in the 60-meter dash (8.60) and 25th of 33 in the shot put (7.65 meters)…Set a PR of 8.65 meters and finished 21st of 38 in the shot put at the Bow-Tie Invitational (Dec. 9)…Placed 32nd of 49 in the shot put (8.35 meters) at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 4)…Finished 20th of 22 in the 60-meter dash (9.48) at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 20).
 
Outdoor Track 2022: Competed in six meets, throwing the javelin at four of them and the shot put twice…Also ran with the 4x100 relay team at the Lions Invitational (April 30), finishing fourth of six (54.00)…Finished eighth of 19 in the javelin (22.71 meters) at the season-opening Stockton Invitational (22.71 meters)…Competed in the shot put at the Danny Curran Invitational (April 1), placing 25th of 32 (7.78 meters)…Notched a PR of 7.79 meters, finishing 41st of 47 at the Widener Invitational (April 22)…Had her PR of 24.44 meters in the javelin, finishing ninth of 15 at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (May 8).
 
Indoor Track 2021-22: Competed in six meets, running the 60-meter dash in all six and the 200-meter dash three times…Made her Rutgers-Camden debut at the Fastrack Season Opener (Dec. 3), placing 15th of 22 in the 60-meter dash (9.29)…Finished 18th of 29 in the 60-meter dash (9.10) at the Bow-Tie Invitational (Dec. 10)…Ran both the 60 meters (22nd of 31, 9.43) and 200 meters (33rd of 41, 33.18)  at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 22)…In her last meet of the season, the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 21), set a PR in both the 60-meter dash (9.03, 20th of 22) and the 200-meter dash (31.48, 19th of 21).
