Rabiyatu Sow earned her first collegiate letter as a member of the Rutgers-Camden indoor track program during the 2022-23 winter and added an outdoor track letter during the 2023 spring season. She returned to the 2024 outdoor program after sitting out the indoor season.

Outdoor Track 2024: Opened the season competing in the discus at the Danny Curran Invitational (March 29), but fouled in the event…At the TCNJ Invitational (April 13), finished 39th of 41 in the discus (17.10 meters)…Set a PR of 7.35 meters to finish 45th of 52 in the shot put at the Paul Donahue Invitational (April 19).
Indoor Track 2023-24: Did not compete.
Outdoor Track 2023: Competed in four meets, two apiece in the shot put and discus, and setting a PR in both events the second time around…Opened the season with a shot put of 6.37 meters (finishing 27th of 30) at the Stockton Invitational (March 25)…Notched her shot put PR of 6.70 meters at the Danny Curran Invitational (March 31), placing 47th of 52…In her first meet in discus competition, notched a throw of 13.50 meters and finished 37th of 40 at the Osprey Open (April 8)…Had a discus PR of 21.88 meters, finishing 19th of 22, at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (May 7).
Indoor Track 2022-23: Competed in the shot put at five meets, beginning with the Fasttrack Season Opener (Dec. 2), when she set a PR of 6.91 meters while finishing 29th of 33…Placed 34th of 38 in the shot put (6.80 meters) at the Bow-Tie Invitational (Dec. 9)…Finished 27th of 28 (6.62 meters) in the shot put at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 21)…Had a shot put of 6.36 meters to finish 48th of 49 at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 4)…Closed her freshman season at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 20), finishing 20th of 20 in the shot put (6.89 meters).
High School: Served as a varsity team captain for the Willingboro High School track and field team…Competed for coaches Tosca Byone and David Parker…Graduated from the Burlington County Institute of Technology - Westampton in 2022.
