One of the most decorated members of the Rutgers-Camden men’s rowing team over his first two years, Shane Murphy returns for his third season with the Scarlet Raptors during the 2015-16 scholastic year.

Rowing 2014-15: Named the Most Dedicated Rower of the Rutgers-Camden men’s program…Teamed with Philip Pilat to win the Men’s Varsity 2 in a time of 7:57.40 at the Mid-Atlantic Rowing Conference Championships (April 25).

Rowing 2013-14: In his first year with the program, helped Rutgers-Camden earn a bronze medal in the Men’s Novice 4 at the MARC Championships (April 28).

Personal: Born November 11, 1994…Named to the inaugural Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the Fall 2015 semester.
