A three-year letterwinner at Rutgers-Camden after starting her career at Stockton University, Meg Gray joined the Scarlet Raptors’ coaching staff for the 2025 season and returns for her second year in 2026.
 
Despite an injury-riddled career at Rutgers-Camden, Gray finished second on the program’s all-time list as a hit batsman (26), while also finishing 10th in sacrifices (18) and 13th in assists (164). The Scarlet Raptors’ shortstop was a three-time team captain who played in 75 games at Rutgers-Camden, compiling a .406 career on-base percentage.
 
A Business Management major, Gray also earned numerous academic honors, including New Jersey Athletic Conference Academic Honorable Mention for the 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 scholastic years. She was a Dean’s List student and earned six berths on the
Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
