Mariah Hans started all 36 games for the Scarlet Raptors during her first season at Rutgers-Camden, proving her versatility all over the diamond. A transfer from Philadelphia University, she finished second on the team in putouts (117) and third in assists (52), while her team-leading eight double plays tied for the third-highest single-season mark in program history.
During the Fall 2016 semester, Hans earned a berth on the Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll. She added a berth on the Spring 2017 AD Honor Roll and during the Fall 2017 season she made that list again as one of only 10 athletes to register a perfect 4.0 GPA.
For her combined collegiate career at Rutgers-Camden and Philadelphia University, Hans is 64-for-257 (.241) with 12 doubles, 41 RBIs and 36 runs in 107 games (96 starts).
