Biography
Alyssa Monti completed her four-year Rutgers-Camden soccer career in 2024, appearing in all but one game during the season. Monti, who overcame an injury-riddled sophomore season, finished her career appearing in 52 games, starting 12, and collecting one goal and one assist for three points.

A Dean’s List student, Monti was recognized throughout her career for her work in the classroom, notching three New Jersey Athletic Conference Academic Honorable Mention honors among her awards.

Soccer 2024: Appeared in 18 of the Scarlet Raptors’ 19 games, starting five…Scored one goal for two points…Took seven shots, three on goal… Contributed to all six Rutgers-Camden shutouts, including games against Washington College (0-0, Sept. 11), King’s College (3-0, Sept. 15), Bryn Athyn (4-0, Sept. 18), Arcadia (2-0, Sept. 24), Ramapo (1-0, Sept. 27) and FDU-Florham (2-0, Oct. 9)…Scored her first career goal, an insurance tally, in the win over FDU-Florham…Took her high of two shots in a 2-0 loss against Stockton (Oct. 12).

Soccer 2023: Played in 14 games, making two starts…Collected her first career point with an assist on Samantha Benckert’s goal during a 4-0 win at Bryn Athyn (Sept. 16)…Took four shots, including two on goal…Contributed to the Raptors’ season-opening streak of 324:54 consecutive shutout minutes by playing in games against Neumann (3-0, Sept. 1), King’s (3-0, Sept. 2), Albright (0-0, Sept. 6) and Hartwick (3-1, Sept. 9)…Took two shots, one on goal, in the win over King’s…Made her first start of the season and contributed to a 2-0 shutout against Kean (Oct. 7) in a New Jersey Athletic Conference game…Overall, played in all seven shutouts the Raptors registered in 2023…Made her final start in a NJAC playoff game at New Jersey City (Oct. 28), when the Raptors dropped a 1-0 decision.

Soccer 2022: Played in four games, starting one, in a season marred by injuries…Took three shots, one on goal…Contributed to a 1-0 shutout at Albright (Sept. 17), while taking her lone shot on goal…Made her first start against nationally-ranked Messiah (Sept. 21).

Soccer 2021: Played in 16 of the Scarlet Raptors’ 17 games…Made four starts…Took seven shots, five on goal…Made her collegiate debut playing 28 minutes in a 1-0 season-opening win over Elizabethtown College (Sept. 2)…Made her first career start in a 1-0 loss to Washington College (Sept. 11), recording her first shot (on goal)…Took two shots (one on goal) and played 78 minutes in a 0-0 tie against Kean University (Sept. 25)…Had two shots on goal in a 2-1 loss against Rutgers-Newark (Oct. 23)…Started and played the full 90 minutes in a 1-0 loss at Rowan University (Oct. 30) in the New Jersey Athletic Conference playoffs.
