Biography
Ashley Silva returns for her sophomore season at Rutgers-Camden this fall after making her collegiate debut in 2014. A junior academically, she has sophomore eligibility in soccer.

Soccer 2014: Played in 13 games, starting two…Took five shots, three on goal…Made collegiate debut playing 27 minutes in the Raptors’ season-opening 3-1 loss at Castleton State (Aug. 30), taking one shot on goal…Had her first start in a -0 win at the College of Staten Island (Oct. 22)…Also started a 3-1 loss at Rutgers-Newark (Oct. 25) and played her season high of 65 minutes…Appeared in five of the Raptors’ seven shutouts, starting one.

High School: Multi-sport letterwinner at Riverside High School who graduated in 2013…Earned four varsity soccer letters for Rams Coach Greg Ogden, who formerly coached both the women’s and men’s soccer programs at Rutgers-Camden…Captured three varsity basketball letters for the Rams, while adding one letter apiece in softball and track…Named First Team Freedom Division in soccer.

Personal: Born April 19, 1994…Hobbies include playing sports, being active and shopping…Biology major at Rutgers-Camden…Post-graduation plans include moving far away and working in the medical field…Ashley is the daughter of Maria and Raul Silva of Sicklerville.
