The longest-tenured coach on the Rutgers-Camden women's soccer staff, Frances Nicoletti returns for her eighth season with the Scarlet Raptors after helping the team qualify for its record fifth straight New Jersey Athletic Conference playoff berth in 2022. The Raptors also won the NJAC regular-season title for the first time in the pandemic-shortened 2020 season and played in their first conference championship game ever.

Nicoletti, who joined the Raptors' staff in 2016, was a standout goalkeeper at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She graduated in 2012 with a B.S. in Mathematics, while earning a minor in Spanish.

During her four-year soccer career at Bloomsburg from 2008-2011, Nicoletti played in 75 games for the Huskies, notching 24 shutouts and a 1.05 goals-against average, while making 414 saves. She tied a program record with 19 saves against West Chester (Sept. 17, 2011) and was named the PSAC Women's Soccer Player of the Week on Oct. 10 of her senior season. She also was honored as a 2011-12 Bloomsburg University Scholar-Athlete.

A three-time Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Second Team player (2009, 2010, 2011), Nicoletti was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America's NCAA Division II All-Atlantic Region Team in 2010. She was a Scholar Athlete every semester during her collegiate career and also served as the soccer team's representative on the Bloomsburg Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). She also was a member of the Kappa Mu Epsilon Mathematics Fraternity.

Nicoletti has served as a volunteer soccer and basketball coach at her alma mater, Haddonfield Memorial High School. She also has performed volunteer work for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Berwick, Pennsylvania, YMCA, and worked on flood relief following severe flooding in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, in September, 2011.

Nicoletti has been a financial advisor with McAdam, LLC since May, 2013.
