Former professional goalkeeper Russ Dobos joined the Rutgers University-Camden coaching staff for the 2024 season and returns for his second season in 2025.
 

During his first year with the Scarlet Raptors, Dobos saw senior goalie Michaela Graham earn honors as the New Jersey Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 16. Graham finished her career with a program-record 1.11 goals-against average for all goalies with the NCAA minimum of 2,500 career minutes.
 
A graduate of Lenape High School, Dobos served as a goalkeeper at Wilmington University before playing for the Philadelphia Spartans in MASL3 (Major Arena Soccer League).
 
Dobos served as a graduate coach at Wilmington University during the 2012-13 season and also served as a goalkeeping coach at both the Mt. Laurel United Soccer Club and Delran High School in 2023.
 
A graduate of Wilmington University in 2013 with a major in General Studies and a minor in Mathematics, Dobos is the owner of the Sunflour Bakeshop in Marlton.
 
Dobos is a resident of Medford Lakes.
