Lizette Abah has earned collegiate letters with both the women’s soccer program and the indoor and outdoor track programs during her career at Rutgers-Camden.

Indoor Track 2022-23: Competed in four meets, running the 60-meter dash in all of them and running the 200-meter dash in three meets…In the Fasttrack Season Opener, placed 14th of 21 at 60 meters (9.28) and 51st of 59 at 200 meters (31.47)…Finished 26th of 39 at 60 meters (9.39) and 30th of 34 at 200 meters (32.57) at the Bow-Tie Invitational (Dec. 9)…Ran the 560-meter dash (9.81) and finished 38th of 45 at the Frank Colden Invitational (Dec. 4)…At the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 20), finished 19th of 22 at 60 meters (9.21) and 16th of 21 at 200 meters (32.39).
Outdoor Track 2022: Competed at seven meets in a variety of events ranging from the 100- and 200-meter dashes, the long jump and a pair of relays (4x100 and 4x400)…Notched a PR in all five events…Opened the season March 26 at the Stockton Invitational, finishing 44th of 49 at 200 meters (33.13) and 11th of 23 in the long jump (4.44 meters)…Notched a PR at 200 meters (30.52) to finish 48th of 56 at the Danny Curran Invitational (April 2), while also placing 25th of 33 in the long jump (4.32 meters)…Finished 25th of 39 in the long jump (4.33 meters) and fourth of seven with the 4x100 team (55.37) at the Osprey Open (April 9)…At the Widener Invitational (April 23), finished 66th of 74 at 200 meters (31.19) and 18th of 37 in the long jump (4.44 meters)…Helped the 4x400 relay team finished fourth of four teams at the Lions Invitational (April 30) with a PR of 4:39.99…Notched a pair of PRs at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (May 8), finishing 10th of 16 in the long jump (4.62 meters) and 23rd of 23 in the 100-meter dash (14.24)…On the second day of the NJAC Championships (May 9), notched a PR of 53.35 to finish seventh of nine with the 4x100 team…Ran the 4x100 again at the ECAC Championships (May 19), finishing third of three (53.94).
Indoor Track 2021-22: Established six PR’s while competing in six invitationals…Four of her PR performances came at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 5), when she competed in the pentathlon for the first time to establish her PR of 850 points, while finishing 11th of 11…She set a PR in the 60-meter hurdles (11.99), the shot put (6.92 meters) and the 800 meters (3:30.40)…Finished 27th of 29 at 400 meters (a PR of 1:19.46) at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 20)…Set a PR of 4.26 meters in the long jump and finished 15th of 21 at the Fastrack Last Chance meet (Feb. 25).

Indoor Track 2019-20: Competed in eight meets, running seven different events and helping to set a program record in the 4x200 relay…Notched her PR in the 60-meter dash (8.77), finishing 56th of 63 at the Fastrack Season Opener (Dec. 6)…At the Wagner Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 13), finished 36th of 50 at 60 meters (8.85), tied for 34th of 46 at 300 meters (a PR 48.93) and ninth of 11 with the sprint medley team (a PR of 4:54.19)…Placed seventh of 17 with a PR of 8.24 in the 55-meter dash at the Dutchmen Invitational (Jan. 17)…Ran two events at the Collegeville Classic (Jan. 25), placing 32nd of 59 at 60 meters (8.87) and 48th of 57 at 200 meters (31.40) …Finished 35th of 43 in the 60-meter dash (8.94) and 17th of 19 with the 4x200 team (2:11.45) at the Frank Colden Invitational (Feb. 8)…Set her PR at 200 meters (30.32, finishing 29th of 39) and placed seventh of eight with the 4x200 relay team (2:02.09) at the Susquehanna Invitational (Feb, 15)…At the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships (Feb. 24), finished 23rd of 26 at 200 meters (30.47) and sixth of eight with the 4x200 team (1:56.08)…Set a pair of PR times, including a program record, in relays at the ECAC Championships (March 6-7), notching a program record of 1:53.39 in the 4x200 on the first day (finishing fifth of seven) and placing fourth of five in the 4x400 (4:44.24) the second day.
Soccer 2019: Appeared in three games…Made her first collegiate appearance, playing five minutes, in a game at Moravian College (Sept. 14)…Played 15 minutes at Cabrini University (Sept. 19)…Played 45 minutes in a 3-1 win at Ramapo College (Oct. 19).
High School: Earned eight varsity letters at Cinnaminson High School, with four apiece for soccer and track and field…Cinnaminson DECA President…Graduated in 2019.
