Rutgers-Camden Athletics

A transfer from Monmouth University, Molly Furlong ran on the Hawks’ track team during her freshman year. A sophomore academically, Furlong has freshman eligibility in collegiate soccer.
 
Pre-Rutgers: Was a middle distance runner on the Monmouth University track team as a freshman during the 2017-18 scholastic year…Didn’t play soccer.
 
High School: Captured 12 varsity letters at Audubon High School in the sports of soccer, basketball, winter track and spring track…In soccer, for Coach William Scully, captured All-Colonial Conference First Team honors from her freshman year through senior year…South Jersey Group 1 championship team member as a sophomore…All-South Jersey in her senior year…In track, was a South Jersey Sectional champion in the 800 and 1,600 meters…Won the Group 1 New Jersey State championship at 800 meters…All-Conference First Team in 2014…National Honor Society from her sophomore through her senior years.
 
Personal: Born March 17, 1999…Enjoys hanging out with friends and family, and going to the beach in the summer…Health Sciences major at Rutgers-Camden who plans to continue her education to become a Nurse Practioner…Molly is the daughter of Joseph and Jennifer Furlong of Audubon.
