Rutgers-Camden Athletics

A Dean’s List student who has earned numerous academic honors at Rutgers-Camden, Olivia Echeverria has played in 35 games during her two seasons with the Scarlet Raptors.
 
Academics: New Jersey Athletic Conference Academic Honorable Mention for the 2019-20 scholastic year…Rutgers-Camden Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the 2018 Fall and 2019 Spring semesters…Dean’s List student and one of only 20 athletes on the 141-member 2019 Spring AD Honor Roll to post a perfect 4.0 GPA.
 
Soccer 2019: Appeared in all 18 games for the Scarlet Raptors…Started six games…Took 12 shots, seven on goal, for a .583 shots-on-goal percentage…Played 77 or more minutes in four games, including a high of 86 in a 1-0 win over Rutgers-Newark (Oct. 12), which was her second career start…Her first start came in a 4-1 win at New Jersey City (Oct. 5)…Had four shots apiece in both the Rutgers-Newark game and a 3-1 win at Ramapo (Oct. 19), putting two on goal against Newark and three on goal against Ramapo.
 
Soccer 2018: Appeared in 17 games…Collected one assist…Took 11 shots, five on goal for a .455 percentage…Contributed to all six of the Scarlet Raptors’ shutouts…Made her collegiate debut by playing 30 minutes against Elizabethtown College in the season opener (Aug. 31)…Played her season high of 51 minutes against Washington College (Sept. 8)…Earned her first collegiate point assisting on Taylor Hueston’s insurance goal in a 2-0 win over Rosemont (Sept. 17).
 
High School: Earned two varsity soccer letters at Franklin High School…Graduated in 2018.
