Haley Shinn joined the Rutgers University-Camden Athletic Department in July 2023 as the Assistant Director of Athletics, where her primary duties include serving as the business manager and working with the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
 
Shinn received her Bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Stockton University in 2020. She added her Master’s in Sport Business, with a concentration in Analytics, from Temple University in 2022.
 
During her undergraduate career at Stockton University, Shinn served as a student assistant with the Sports Information Department from September 2018 to May 2020.
 
Shinn served in Temple’s Athletic Department as a graduate intern in Career and Professional Development during the 2021-22 scholastic year. She was Temple’s Business Operation Coordinator in the Athletic Department from September 2022, through June 2023.
